2. In between, put 3-4 pieces of thinly-sliced ham, a slice of Swiss cheese and a spread of your favorite chutney (like mango or berry).
3. Quickly dip entire sandwich in a French Toast egg mixture (eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla) and cook both sides on griddle until golden brown, and cheese is melted.

Pumpkin Pancakes
Batter Blaster into the skillet with melted butter
A pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice (nutmeg, cinnamon & allspice)
1 tsp of canned pumpkin
Instead of maple syrup try a cream cheese sauce:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4 Tbl lemon juice
1.5 c whipping cream
You can use a hand mixer and blend all together, adding the cream last. If you want more of a frosting type consistency (stiff peaks) then you will need to whip the cream first and set aside. Then blend all other ingredients and fold together.
Garnish with candied ginger.
Banana and Nutella Pancakes with Hot Buttered Rum Sauce
