Why Air Fry Chicken?

Most people wonder why to invest in an air fryer when you can simply pan fry or deep fry the chicken at home. However, there are countless advantages to using an air fryer. Here are some of the advantages.

  • Healthy Chicken:

The main advantage of air frying chicken is that it helps you to cook healthy chicken. When you deep fry anything, it increases in calories. So when you air fries the chicken, it will contain fewer calories and will be healthy to eat. This way, you can consume more chicken without actually feeling guilty about it.

  • Cost-Effective:

Another advantage of air frying chicken is that it is cost-effective. When you deep fry chicken, you need more oil and more power. A full chicken will take nearly 3 liters of oil and 1 to 2 hours of frying. However, when you air fry the same chicken, you will hardly need only two spoons of oil and one hour of power.

  • Faster Cooking:

An air fryer is faster than most cooking appliances because it cooks at high power. So when you air fry chicken, it will take only half the time. If you need two hours to cook it in an oven, you will need only 1 hour to cook it in an air fryer.

  • Crispy and Tasty:

When you cook chicken in an air fryer, it will come out as crispy and equally tasty as a deep-fried one. You don’t have to compromise on the taste and the crispiness of the chicken.

  • Automatic Frying:

Air fryers help you to automatically fry the chicken. You don’t need to stay near the stove or fryer to monitor, check or stir the chicken. You can simply set the temperature, and timer and leave the chicken to cook automatically. It will save lots of effort and energy.
